Like Rihanna, We Did Our Work, Work, Work to Find These Super Wagers

No more waiting around.

Super Bowl LVII is here. The Eagles are 1.5-point favorites. Who do we like at BetBasics.com and what other wagers should you consider? The answers are here.

Bet smart. Enjoy the game. Drink real beer, not light and you’ll have a great day.

Eagles -1.5: Jalen Hurts might not have been great two weeks ago, but the 49ers defense was overwhelmingly the best in the NFL. The Chiefs were 11th in defense, allowing 328.2 yards per game, and 15th in scoring (21.5). Plus, all it will take is one misstep for Patrick Mahomes’ ankle to start screaming and Philly takes control.

Kelce (Travis) Makes His Mark: The Achilles heel on the Eagles defense is linebacker. Philly knows that Mahomes will go to Kelce early and often. The Eagles will limit the yardage damage, possibly shadowing the tight end with another defender, but Kelce will have more than seven catches and score the last TD. +775.

Hurts to Score a Touchdown: He’s scored at least one in every game this season which is why he’s -110 to score one against K.C. But if the Eagles wear down the Chiefs, as we think they will, Hurts is +800 to score the last TD.

Mahomes Wins Super Bowl MVP and Chiefs Win: If the Chiefs are going to win, Mahomes is going to have to play great. He’s +120 to win MVP. Quarterbacks have won MVP 31 times. Heck, Brady won it in Super Bowl XXXVI, and he only threw for 145 yards and one touchdown.

DaVonta Smith to Score a TD: Smith had a Philly franchise record 95 catches for a wide receiver this season. Plus, he’s played big in the biggest games, catching the winning TD in overtime of the national championship game as a freshman and followed that with 12 catches for 215 yards and three touchdowns as a senior. He’s +150 to score.

Kyzir White +6.5 tackles: Over the last 34 regular season games, the Eagles linebacker has averaged 7.47 tackles per game. White is a converted safety. Between covering Kelce and supporting the run, White will have a lot of tackle opportunities.

Nick Bolton +10.5 tackles: This is not a misprint. Bolton made 194 tackles this season, including the playoffs. That’s 10.2 tackles per game. The Eagles ran the ball 544 times, 32 attempts per game. The immovable object meets the unstoppable force. The over/under is 10.5 tackles. We’re taking the over at -115.

Rihanna to Wow: That uber talented and alluring star is going to work, work, work.
