Anthony Rendon Activated From IL, Starting Friday

Los Angeles Angels third baseman Anthony Rendon (wrist) was activated from the 10-day injured list and will start at third base against the New York Mets on Friday. Rendon landed on the injured list on May 28 after developing inflammation in his right wrist. The veteran infielder will bat third against Mets right-hander Tylor Megill on Friday night. Rendon is hitting .242 with five homers, 15 runs, 23 RBI and two steals across 149 at-bats in 2022.
