Bo Bichette Goes 2-For-5 In Win Over Orioles

Bo Bichette

Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Bo Bichette helped lead the team to a 11-1 route of the Baltimore Orioles on Monday. He went 2-for-5 with a run scored in the game. Bichette has been hot at the plate lately. He’s now recorded multiple hits in five of his last six games and he’s slashing .320/.404/.540 across the month of June as a whole. The 24-year-old got off to a slow start to the year. As a result, his season-long slash line of .270/.316/.448 is a bit underwhelming. However, his 10 home runs on the year have him on a solid 162-game pace of 27 homers and his 92.2 mph average exit velocity is a career-best mark, ranking in the 93rd percentile of the league.
