San Francisco Giants relief pitcher Camilo Doval only needed 11 pitches to shut down the Pittsburgh Pirates on Friday. The 24-year-old got Ke’Bryan Hayes to groundout, Bryan Reynolds to flyout, and Michael Chavis to lineout for his 10th save of the season. Doval has not allowed an earned run over his last eight appearances. There have been some struggles for Doval this season, but it appears he’s back into a groove.
