Not Tua Many Men
Tua Tagovailoa is unlike many NFL players, an even keeled and upbeat quarterback that excels in playing guitar, piano, and ukulele. Not too many people could say they came off the bench at halftime to lead their school to a NCAA National Title and not too many could say they are right-handed while playing the most demanding position in sports with their off-hand.
The Hawaiian native is actually right handed, but his father Galu, a lefty, encouraged Tua to throw lefty as well. There is a strong bond between this father and son, as it was Tua's father that chose Alabama as his son's college destination. Essentially, Galu has been there every step of the way, watching his son try to become one of the game's best in a league that has seen very few left handers find success.
