"Minnesota nice" is a phrase that is often used to refer to the friendly and courteous nature of Minnesota residents. “You betcha”!!

It's no wonder why Minnesota is often called the 'Land of 10,000 Lakes' and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the United States. Minnesota is the 12th most populous state in the US and the 22nd largest by area. It is the northernmost of the contiguous United States and is bordered by Wisconsin to the east, Iowa to the south, North Dakota and South Dakota to the west, and the Canadian province of Ontario to the north.

The Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul are the most populous cities in Minnesota and are also home to major sports teams like the Minnesota Twins baseball team and the Minnesota Vikings football team. The Minnesota Wild are a National Hockey League (NHL) team that began play in 2000. Minnesota is also home to many colleges and universities, including the University of Minnesota, Carleton College, and Macalester College.

In terms of attractions, Minnesota is home to some of the most beautiful natural landscapes in the world, including the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and the North Shore of Lake Superior. It is also home to the Mall of America, the nation's largest shopping mall, and the Minnesota State Fair, which draws millions of visitors each year.

Gambling is legal in Minnesota, but only in a limited capacity. Land-based casinos are allowed in certain areas, but online gambling and sports betting are currently not allowed. However, state lawmakers are currently discussing legislation that would legalize sports betting and allow for online gambling.
