The Los Angeles Rams have a handful of questions regarding their running back room. They got a little closer to an answer on Monday.
The Rams activated running back Kyren Williams, adding depth to their stable of backs. Him and Darrell Henderson Jr. will compete for touches behind Cam Akers, who looks to be the starting back. Given Akers’ Achilles and on-field struggles, and Henderson’s struggles with volume, it is possible Williams carves out a definitive role for himself.
Still, his +4000 odds to win Offensive Rookie of the Year (DraftKings) doesn’t provide much value. You’d be better off taking a safe option like Breece Hall (+750) if you were interested in a rookie running back.
