He's also the founder and CEO of his sports agency. His mother, Jennifer Coney-Shepherd is the president. Even his agent, Ian Clarke, is an employee of the agency.
Gary is innovative in his ways to transfer power to the players. His endeavor gives him something else to focus on and a path to satisfaction after football. He hopes to expand his presence outside of football and to MLB, the NBA, and the NHL, too.
"I'm going to change the game," he said. "Taking this step is big for me, my family, and my dream."
