Tobias Harris' Best Friend
It gets lonely at the top.
Up until he was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks, Tobias Harris was probably the best basketball player on any team he had ever been on. Having to bend down for every hug. Being asked to pick things up off the top of every shelf. When your 6-foot-7 frame leaves you taller than everyone around you, it can be isolating. To be different is to be alone.
Thankfully, Harris would go on to find a fellow big man, Boban Marjanovic. The two clicked instantly, most famously in a hysterical goldfish commercial, where their brotherhood and size are put on display.
The two have enjoyed Soul Cycling and Chicken Soup dancing together, becoming an NBA Twitter dynamic duo. They also continue to cross paths on the basketball court, at least in part due to their relationship. Members of the same Detroit Pistons teams from 2016-2019, the two have reconnected in both Los Angeles and Philadelphia.
Their relationship was no more obvious than when Harris tweeted that he was marrying his best friend. To Twitter's surprise, he wasn't referring to Marjanovic, a point he jokingly clarified later on.
Have you seen the two together? I'd believe it if they tied the knot. Imagine how tall their kid would be!
