Both on and off the court, CJ McCollum is known for putting on a show. Whether it's his ability as a microwave scorer to just take over games in a blink of an eye, or host a podcast, McCollum can do it all. While studying at Lehigh, he was interested in media, studying journalism before making the jump to the NBA. However, despite dazzling on the hardwood, McCollum hasn't forgotten about that passion for media, contributing to The Players' Tribune, while also hosting a podcast called "Pull Up" and "The CJ McCollum Show."
Most importantly, the guard wanted to give back to the youth in the community by helping kickstart their own careers. He was known for starting the "CJ's Press Pass" program in Portland during his time with the Blazers, giving high school students a mentorship program in journalism.
